• The staff at Refuge Spa always does such a wonderful job at anticipating guests' wishes and customizing services to their preferences. • My experience at the Refuge Spa was made especially memorable because of my wonderful massage therapist/healer, Anessa. The facility itself was calm, clean and welcoming. Because of my schedule, I was not able to take advantage of all the wonderful facilities and amenities that the spa offered. However, the body work that I received from Anessa not only eased my aching body but also lifted my weary spirit. Anessa is professional, caring, and compassionate. She is a true healer.
