• The hospitality and customer service was the best I've received at a hotel. The girl at the front desk let us check our bag and 2 small Birthday cakes in the fridge while we went to the spa. The spa was amazing, amazing customer service and best massage I've ever had. The food and drinks were literally out of this world. It was an amazing experience and the staff there really made it a memorable trip and I can't wait to go back
