after my session i had another oztag game and my muscles didn't feel sore, i also had injured my shoulder the day before and it gave me for movement and flexibility

I was made very welcome and comfortable. I was greeted with them knowing my name - made sure I got the short legs in the compression pants - the sauna was made ready for me and it was spotless. Cleaned as soon as I was out and then the hot and cold pools were moped so to keep areas between the pools safe. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you
