Loved everything about the experience for my daughter, only maybe a little more education for first timers .. about what each peice of equipment does, how to effectively use them to most benefot. Possibly ball, massage guns sections a few exercises, guides or target areas for that section to know what to do. Otherwise she loved the expeience, felt amazing and raced like a absoluete machine today after her session yesterday. We will both be back
