• The recovery room hot/cold contrast was key in getting me off antidepressants and benzodiazepines. Before I started at the recovery room I’d been in opiates, medicinal cannabis, sleeping tablets and anti-anxiety/antidepressants for 6 years following cancer. 2 months at the recovery room and I was off all drugs to my doctors amazement. Can’t speak highly enough of what Mitch and John have built.
