The Rack is a primo facility! I enjoy working out alongside ALL levels of athletes-ranging the whole gamut from pros to high schoolers to those of us just starting out. Lauren is a perfect fit for me, she really listened to my goals and writes challenging but doable workouts. She's very knowledgeable and can come up with an alternative exercise when something doesn't feel "right." I feel welcomed by all the other trainers and athletes.
