Joe is an excellent trainer, I love working with him. Your facility is very clean and organized, the staff is very helpful and kind, I will recommend The Rack every chance I get! I called my youngest son right after I left the gym and told him that he should sign up! He said he'll think about it! Thanks 🙏🏿
