First class treatment and world class cut. I mistakenly thought The Classic was hot towel treatment and haircut, but it was only the former. When this became apparent at the end of (the amazing!) treatment, the stylist offered to skip her lunch to give me the cut I had originally come for. This was HUGE as I was in my way to the airport for an important client meeting. QG lives the ethos 'put the customer first'. I live in Philly and am already trying to find an excuse to get down to Baltimore in about 4 weeks to go back to QG.
