I had a great experience and Nicole did a fantastic job. She has an attention to detail that I really appreciated. She also asked plenty of questions throughout my haircut to make sure everything was to my liking. Everything was done in a very timely manner yet without feeling rushed.
As usual, the experience was great from beginning to end. From the greeting at the valet, the pleasant reception at check-in, to the wonderful spa treatment..and all the way back to getting the car from valet.
