• Whenever I feel like I don't know who I am I know it's time to get a sauna and foot detox appointment at Assuage Spa. My mind is clearer. My muscles are looser. In the sauna I take a deep cleansing breath like I have truly relaxed. The Spa is a must for those interested in improving health physically and mentally! I have so much more to say.
