• I was treated with a rudeness I've never experienced there and was told that my issues would not be solved in a Saturday, though the person who booked the appointment said Pablo would give me a lot of time and cover any questions I had. I'm unemployed due to illness and have no money, which I explained, and though she assured me I'd be cared for, I was not. I felt "handled" and dehumanized and left the office in tears.
