I got a great workout! It was my fist time trying a spin class so I didn't know what to expect but I had a great time and feeling so sore!
It was my first time at the pwrhouse and I gotta say.. Stephanie and the team are doing an amazing job. The vibes were IMMACULATE. Everyone was so encouraging and welcoming. The gym is huge and offers so much more than just spin. I'm hoping wishing praying pwrhouse comes to anchorage! 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽 I will definitely be back for another ride.
