PWR house has saved my life. Cycle with Stephanie has opened up a new gear and new focus in life. She taught me how to dig deep, and persevere. And as she says in her classes, that perseverance transcends all of life, even outside of the gym. This is the best gym I have ever been to; best atmosphere, best people, best standard, best care, best experience. The energy is addicting, and every class I go to, Stephanie is there with a smile on her face, and a kick ass playlist on lock, and she delivers THE best of times. So blessed to have PWR house. I even took my friend for her first spin class with Stephanie and she was in awe. She said “that was a religious experience.” She was thrilled and wished she had a gym like PWR house to go to back in CO.
