The atmosphere is amazing, the people are great, it truly has a family feel!! The facility is clean and precautions are in place to keep me safe!! I don't feel like a number, I truly feel the teachers care about me and my progress...I highly recommend!!

I went to the Sunday Spin class. I just want to commend Stephanie for showing a lot of vulnerability in class. It takes a lot of strength to show our weaknesses!! I have nothing but respect and love for this gym. It's a great place to be, full of genuine people.
