Very welcoming and fun atmosphere. Coach Bri was very patient and understanding that I am not only out of shape but also was pretty anxious in a new place. The girl at the front was very helpful and welcoming as well and was nice even though I came pretty early. The whole experience made me excited for tomorrow's class.
I really like that our group is small. We are close in age and our abilities are similar.

Great atmosphere, positive coaching, challenging but doable. I like the music and how a lot of the time the teacher grabs what you need before class, so you can walk in and start exercising right away.
