The energy is always superb, even on an "off" day. The coaches pour so much heart and soul into their classes and you can FEEL it.

My son HATES conditioning and this was the first team workout sesh that he was actually excited about. He has the best time and got ina very good leg workout with the spin class.
I underestimated the work out. massive calorie burner !
