friendly staff, great work out. not snobby at all. it can be intimidating being the new person at a small gym, but coach courtney & coach gabe & cliff (gave us stickers) and the rest of the staff are all very encouraging and welcoming. highly recommend
Instructors take the time to couch you individually even if they have a whole class. They will correct posture and encourage you to be successful and do the technique properly
