Jacqueline did her magic again! Wasn't very happy with my last cut that made the mistake of not booking her April made the finishing touches which made all the difference!

Customer service is excellent as I did not have a great experience previously but they absolutely made up for it 10 times over and it was greatly appreciated.

She will not disappoint!

First time here, got a Groupon which was an excellent deal. Hair cut by Michael who was nice. I like my haircut. No complaints! Overall would recommend. Will update if I get my hair cut there again.

Michael and his team were top of the line. It was by far the best experience I have ever encountered at a hair salon. Friendly staff, amazing work, and beautiful salon! 10/10 recommend checking out this place. I can't wait to go back.

My first appointment with Jessica was awful. For some reason she didn't care to take care of me on time while hanging around, was unwelcoming, and cold. I had to remind her to deep condition my hair and add more layers. Doesn't seem to like her job. I was going to give her a 2nd chance, but she had my 2nd appointment changed to her day off. I went there today to find out she did not put me in the calendar and was not scheduled to work today, although I was told to come in at 2pm. Very ignorant and unprofessional. Why would anyone treat a customer this poorly is beyond my understanding.

At least the lady in front was professional and apologetic.

Front desk was super kind and welcoming the one star is for her. I came here for my last two cuts and loved it. Barbie doesn't work here anymore so I went with Micheal. They sat me in a chair that wasn't even cleaned yet someone else's cut hair was all over it. Basically rushed my haircut, also when he was cutting didn't make sure the cape even covered my body my hair was falling all over my hands and phone, I had to move it myself. He didn't ask how to part my hair, ignored what I wanted in the photo I showed him, didn't offer to show me what it looked like with a mirror or offered to curl my hair (that's the great customer service I got last time and with a Groupon for the same treatment blowout/haircut and this one was full priced) ended up with an unblended choppy cut. Waste of $95, if you're a person of color I don't recommend to come here you're probably not going to get a great cut and great customer service from the stylists.

Jacqueline is the absolute best! She has been cutting & highlighting my hair for almost 7 years now. I don't trust anyone else with my hair!!

I am not happy with the outcome. Explained to Michael what color I wanted. Actually had an exact picture. No couldn't do that. Not happy with color. In addition felt like I was passed around like a basketball. Would not recommend

Michael and Joanna are an amazing team! I'm always very happy with my hair! Highly recommend!!!

Have not been seen there yet. Have an upcoming appointment in a few weeks but spoke with Terry at front desk she is great. This will be my first appointment with Michael.Thanks Terry

They don't answer phone calls or emails..don't honor the price quoted. I suggest you use Groupon instead..
