Super easy to set an appointment, minimal wait time upon arrival, very kind and helpful staff (Selina was so sweet and nice!), quick check out, great job on waxing! I will definitely be back. I've had waxes done before where the staff just waxed and sent you on your way. The staff here was very informative on how to take care of the waxed area, prevent ingrowns, and deal with any issues that may arise after the wax. Thank you Selina and Pretty Kitty staff!
