I have never had a wax before and I could imagine a lot of pain and discomfort!!! However I saw the reviews and decided why not Pretty Kitty had excellent reviews. Guess what the reviews were a understatement I choose a lady by the name of BRIGETTE!!!!!! She should be the owner I was very comfortable no pain at all I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and I had very pretty Kitty to leave with. By the way if you choose her like I did you can actually find her at different areas on different days. I was so comfortable and confident when I left ...... I will highly recommend her and Pretty Kitty plus it was right on time for Valentines Day!!!!!!
