The service and results have always been great. Scheduling is easy. Staff are friendly. Wax results are great. Prices are fair. Only criticism is that each service is not always consistent. Sometimes they'll ask to do my tummy strip. Sometimes I have to ask. Sometimes they'll take care of ingrowns. Sometimes I have to ask. And I was on my third service before someone told me I needed to be exfoliating. These are minor things. Just wanted to give complete feedback. I feel my 10 rating is accurate.
