Very Professional!!!! Each time she was about to pull my hair she warned me... It Didn't Hurt Me At ALL.. She talked to me the whole way thru and gave me great advice about my dark spots and razor bumps... Restroom was clean and service area... I would highly recommend EVERYONE TO GO HERE... it first time by the way .. thank you pretty Kitty I'll be back soon ...
