Any visit to the Pretty Kitty is a great one but my experience on Sunday reminded me why I love your shop so much. She made my first experience back after a long quarantine a great one! Her techniques made it not as painful as I was expecting, which was greatly appreciated. I will continue to do business with you guys and refer my friends to you too!
