The timeliness of the visit was great and esthetician/front desk lady were very friendly and helpful. I used to get hard wax and now using the soft wax I've seen a difference with less ingrown hairs and bikini bumps after service.

Keona was really great. I've gone more than a couple times and I've always been getting a different girl. But this time I had a completely different experience and I loved it. She was talkative , really gently touch and I didn't feel like she was aggressive or rushing at all. I finally found someone who I will request every time I go. And I'm supper happy with my service.
