I scheduled an appt but got stuck on the freeway due to an accident. I ended up missing it. I had a photo shoot the next day so I was devastated. I called the Blackburn location and the squeezed me in within 30 minutes. Ashley was a LIFESAVER and I only want her to do my waxes now! She talked to me like a homegirl and the process was so easy. I will definitely be back!
