The staff is always friendly whether it be on the phone or in person. The environment it's always clean and cozy. Megan V. is a perfectionist! She's never in a rush although she is time efficient. She also consistently takes care of the details! No unwanted hair left behind! 😊. I did miss an appointment with her and was serviced by someone else. Unfortunately I do not remember that young lady's name but I do remember the same service. She too was friendly, time efficient and a perfectionist. I'm happy I found this location and have already referred two people
