The receptionist was friendly, pleasant and greeted me right away. The location is very pretty and pink. They have products lined up for you to try and the ambiance was calm and inviting. Miranda did my wax she was very nice and she was detail oriented. Even though I went 2 months without a full wax it was still very pleasant. She went over her work plucked anything that was missed it did not hurt and I'm a big baby. During the wax I found out they use Soft Wax and I thought It was sugar wax and it was great. I've now tried Hard, Sugar, and now I love Soft Wax. I am now going to be a Regular and recommend them to EVERYONE! I even bought goodies. Thank You Miranda ! And The Pretty Kitty San Felipe:)
