The lady who did my services was so welcoming and handle her business in such a professional manner. The establishment was super clean and friendly staff. I drive 1 hr and 30 minutes to get to pretty kitty for services and I was 5 minutes late, but the staff was patient and so understanding. I enjoy my services every time I get a chance to go to pretty kitty. Thanks
