Good atmosphere- feels clean, appreciate the dimmed lights when changing to feel more relaxing and the music during the appt. Esthetician was very kind, informative, easy to talk to, and careful/mindful of my experience. Front desk clerk was friendly and when my discount was not working she spent a few minutes fixing the issue rather than just saying it wouldn't let her change the price. Appreciate the discount opportunities via email as well.
