The esthetician was friendly and provided great service. I was a little skeptical because the person that I had used for years to do my Brazilian waxes at a completely different establishment was gone and my experiences after she left had been awful. By a friend's recommendation I tried The Pretty Kitty. I was surprised to find that Alicia was actually better than my old esthetician. She used techniques that really minimized any pain at all. I give PK 10 out of 10! And you've gained a new customer.
