• I chose a 10 because I am originally a RICE village customer. After showing up to my appt in rice village and them neglecting to tell me they were close and moving to a new building I called the tanglewood location. They were able to squeeze me and the customer service was great. They apologized for someone else's negligence. I was very appreciative.
