I LOVE coming to get my waxes! I chose the Pretty Kitty because of the overall vibe, experience and branding. As a business owner with a prominent brand, I can say that anyone who takes the time to emphasize unique style and personality through their branding provides quality service. Every time I come to The Pretty Kitty, everything is clean, prepared, appointments are never running ahead or behind (just right on time 👌🏼); it's always a smooth, pleasant experience. Darlene is awesome! She has done the vast majority of my waxes and is sure to get out every single little hair. I've had the pleasure of getting waxed by a couple other women there when Darlene wasn't available, and they did a fantastic job as well along with making great conversation.
