Very happy with Darlene and her services. Just s little confusing when making the appointment, but when I arrived and everything explained, I do understand your policy. Since people can make their appointment on line. However if I make an appointment at Aveda for the same services they do not request my credit card up front to hold the appointment. The girls very friendly and professional, I will return.
