I was visiting out of town and back where I live all Waxing places are currently closed due to Covid protocols. I don't go to The Pretty Kitty back home but I know some friends who do so when searching in this area I knew this would be a good place to come. I had only been sugared before so this being my first experience getting strip wax and it wasn't as bad as I thought! I had Darlene and she made everything comfortable and a great conversation during the whole Brazilian session. She also took her time plucking any hairs that were missed. Great experience all around! I def recommend her and this establishment.

Darlene is great. Her bedside manner keeps you comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I have referred many people to her. She is the best tech there and the only person I will go to.
