The service with Darlene is always stellar. I don’t appreciate having to wait in my car though. If I have an appointment I should be allowed in the waiting room. I feel like I’m good enough to give you my money but not for you to have to deal with me for 5 minutes while I wait to give it to you. Customer Service should extend beyond my service technician who is fantastic, as I mentioned.
