The receptionists provided excellent customer service from booking to end of service. I initially scheduled my appointment for Saturday,but had to reschedule after driving to the wrong location. The receptionist over the phone was understanding and rescheduled my appointment. The receptionist at my appointment was welcoming and friendly. My esthetician was friendly, informative and thorough. My only slight disappointment is that there are a few hairs left on my underarms. I neglected to look at them before leaving and noticed this later on in the evening.
