Everything from scheduling a last minute appointment to checking out was super. The services of the Esthetician made me feel at ease (as I get nervous everytime). She talked to me the entire time and also provided guidance on future visits. The check-in & out process was timely. I was immediately serviced. I would definitely continue to be a client of TPK as since I have started with them, I have never had to worry about products being pushed on me, annoying ingrown hairs or even a constant turntable of staff (like at European wax). I especially love that I am never in pain afterwards. I will recommend this establishment to anyone!
