I don’t know if your locations are franchises or not but it would be really helpful to have them synced so that if anyone goes to a different location their information is already on file. Such as for my appointment yesterday, it is with the same person but a different location (rice village). I had to give a credit card over the phone in order to book the appointment which I am NOT comfortable with as having dealt with identity theft previously. Of course I gave one that I no longer use as I have to protect myself at all costs as to not have a repeat of the same situation. That is the only time EWC has TPK beat because they don’t require a credit card to book a service. TPK could provide an opportunity to have an online account where all this information is on file so that a customer doesn’t have to do it every time nor feel out a new guest card at every location.Kisha M.
