I'm always very comfortable at your stores. Your employees always carry on a great conversation during the waxing and it completely takes your mind off of them being down in your area. Lol! The only difference this time, was the girl didn't put baby powder on my prior to waxing. The girl that I use to use always did that and it makes a difference. Also, the wax was a bit hotter than normal and did not feel great in certain areas. However, I know things aren't always perfect. But in all, I still had a great experience.

It was my first experience, your staff was very welcoming. My aesthetician was just amazing. She talked to me, in turn calming me down. She was gentle, very minimal pain involved.
