It was my very first time to ever wax my pelvic area. Lucy put me ease and was very professional and friendly. It was not near as painful as I thought it would be and I'm thrilled with the results. It was quick and efficient and I didn't have to worry about knicking myself with a razor. I also am no longer worried about razor burn; this is the way to go for sure. I plan to have my arm pits done as well on my next visit. I plan to book with Lucy, she was great.
