I've always had a great experience at The Pretty Kitty. They explain about what they're going to do and walk you through everything it if it's your first time. They make you feel comfortable and are very nice to visit with as well. My visit with Abigail this last time was exceptional! It was the least painful and cleanest wax I have ever gotten. Definitely asking for her every time!
