The receptionist Angie was so friendly and nice. She was quick but thorough and gave me a run down on what to expect since it was my first time being waxed. Her customer service was I point. Appy, the tech that waxed me was also great. She didn't make it awkward or make me feel uncomfortable in any way, she held conversation with me the entire time to distract me and was also gentle and thorough. I had minimal pain and she gave me a run down on aftercare and things to avoid. The store was extra clean and COVID compliant. My temperature was checked at the door, there was sanitizer and wipes everywhere and masks were being worn the entire time! They were a great team, I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be back!
