The ladies there made me feel at easy and comfortable, which was important to me being that this was my first time waxing. The technician was very cool and kept my nerves down by engaging me in conversation (I'm shy at first but a chat box once you get me going) and I liked that she kept asking questions, so no awkward silence. All and all, my session was pleasant and inexpensive. I'm pleased with my wax.

They are always on time and have a speedy process to get you in and out with out waiting. My esthetician was very sweet and we had a nice conversation which I enjoyed. Check out process was easy and the woman who checked me out was also very nice.
