Overall experience was pleasant. I had to wait a bit though I arrived on time. Also, I would appreciate being rewarded with lower rates if I got more frequent waxes. Right now, the cost is the same no matter what how frequently (or with how much hair) one shows up.

Jen was the best! She's super sweet, professional, thorough, gave great tips on an exfoliation, and suggested when I should make my next appointment. And my goodness, I couldn't believe how super quick she was! There were some extenuating circumstances going on at the salon, and everyone there handled the situation in the best way! If/when I ever need to go back, I know exactly where I'm going!
