It was a very welcoming experience. This was my first wax and being that I have PCOS,and therefore much anxiety when it comes to my body hair situation, I was made to feel very welcomed and comfortable from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately I cannot remember my esthetician's name (which we talked about me not remembering names) I very much appreciate my experience with her.
