Really great experience overall. Friendly and welcoming staff. Check in was easy. Room was nicely ventilated and kept cool. Didn't give a ten because of two things - the check out process was delayed and seemed short staffed. Also didn't feel the welcome package was that good of a deal and think a better deal should be given for first time customers.
