First the way we were greeted. With a smile and such a delightful approach. The facility was very clean and smelled so good. I had the opportunity to use the bathroom and it was very clean as well and stocked. The amazing technician was the most pleasant, caring, efficient, and inviting technician I have ever had. This includes hospitals, doctors visits, etc. she made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I was so nervous as this was my very first experience and she put my mind at ease. Whoever trained these two ladies did a wonderful job. These ladies deserve kudos! I'm a VP of operations at a Call Center and I know how important it is to give the good feedback and not only the bad. I've already referred two of my closest friends to your facility and I will continue to recommend and visit!
