Breanna is so professional and sweet! Also the wax & method used at pretty kitty has been the best for my sensitive skin!! And I have been getting waxed monthly for 8 years and have lived in 4 different cities, so having been to 6+ Brazilian waxing places I say without a doubt...this place is the best
