It's just an uncomfortable situation to begin with on the type of service I get and I always know it's going to hurt a TON. The person was very patient and made me feel comfortable. I don't think I would ever be able to do what they do. In addition, everyone so far I have seen there recently has been kind. Reminder to myself not to wait so long in between visits !
