I had the best experience all the way through! First of all the persons working your front desk was amazing. She checked people in, answered a never ending phone, and did it all with a positive and awesome attitude. As for the lady performing my waxing service, I couldn't be more pleased. She did an excellent job while explaining the process, but also being friendly and engaging. I have already recommended the Addison location to several friends and will go back!
